Domestic Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We understand buying a breakthrough product like our cabinet protectors can be risky at first, not knowing what they are or how they perform. That's why we are proud to offer free shipping for domestic orders over $40 USD!
We send our products through various shipping methods but the most common is USPS First Class and Priority shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping time varies based on several factors, including the shipping speed selected at checkout, the item, the item's availability, the shipping address and our carrier partners. Weather, carrier delays and other unforeseen circumstances also might impact delivery time. Just because a shipping method states a time frame (ex. 3 to 4 Business days) doesn't mean the order will arrive within this time.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries:

We apologize if these rates seem high, but these are actually discounted rates, it actually costs us more than what we charge. Each service typically arrives within their estimated business day shipping times but can take longer in some cases due to your country's Customs procedures. This is because we have no control over the Customs process in each country.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cabinet Hero Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
We are continually working to offer more international shipping locations for our customers to receive our products. If you live in an area we currently do not ship to, please send us a message at info@cabinethero.com and we would be happy to work towards creating shipping options to your location.
Refunds, Returns, and Damaged Products
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. To read more about our refunds and returns, visit our Return Policy page
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@cabinethero.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
