We understand ordering first-of-its-kind products like ours over the internet can be intimidating. We want to take away all your concerns and make sure there is no risk for you to try our amazing products. That's why we created our Stress-Free Guarantee.
If for any reason you have an issue with the quality of our products or are not satisfied with our product's performance, please contact us. We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible products and protections for your cabinets. We are happy to help solve any problems you are encountering with your cabinets or our products. Cabinet Hero guarantees all of our products are free of any defects.
To receive a full refund, products must be in new condition and within 30 days of the original purchase date. For a partial refund, at least 50% of the products ordered must be unaltered, in good condition, and within 90 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests should be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that the return shipping costs for all returns must be covered by the customer.
Return Shipping Information
To return your products for a refund. Please send us an email with your name, order number, and reason for your return. Once we have received your return request please mail the unaltered products in their original packaging to our warehouse listed below. Be sure to include a note in your shipments that states your name and order number.

Once we receive the returned order, the appropriate refund will be applied to the payment method you used to purchase the products. Be sure to keep the tracking information of the return shipment in case there is an issue during transit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged products to reach you may vary.
Please note that we do not have control over the shipping service you chose to use. If you are concerned about your return arriving to us, consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item, as we do not have control over the shipping service that you use.
Caution: Use discretion when putting Cabinet Hero on lacquered or urethane finishes with pre-existing heavy damage or visible signs of peeling, flaking, and air bubbles under the surface. These conditions cause the finish to become loose, usually caused by extreme wear and water damage which weaken the finish. Applying Cabinet Hero protectors on top of pre-existing damage could result in the finish sticking to the product. Cabinet Hero assumes no liability for damage done to your cabinet finish resulting from the use of the product on a compromised finish. Use at your own risk.
